Our Policy on Returns and Refunds
Fresh Flowers & Perishables
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and plants, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a significant issue with the order upon delivery. We strive to deliver the freshest and highest quality products, and each arrangement is carefully inspected before dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately (within 2 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund.
Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable items like vases, planters, or gift accessories, returns may be accepted within 2 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund, depending on the stage of preparation and delivery.
